- Non-alphabetic characters in the title of a resource can cause the search to fail. An example would be the exclamation point and colon in Speak with Confidence! : Powerful Presentations That Inform, Inspire, and Persuade.
- Type in parts of the title, such as "Speak with Confidence" or "Powerful Presentations That Inform, Inspire, and Persuade" and you will find the book.
